South Africa 2023

Former Golf Digest editor Stuart McLean, who is based in Cape Town, has launched a digital platform to rank the top 100 South African courses in 2020. McLean first introduced the rankings in Golf Digest SA in 1998. In 2023 he announced his second ranking since the publication closed. The extensive website offers a page of content and information on each of South Africa's 125 courses - both national rankings and regional rankings are available. The website has the opportunity for the golfing public to rate and rank the condition of the courses they play on, as well as the facilities at the clubs. There is a News section with regular articles and blogs and golfers can subscribe to a monthly newsletter. www.satop100courses.com.
